    Pat Beal has a proven track record of driving growth through process and product strategy, development, and leadership. Pat drove operational efficiencies for Valero and General Motors prior to becoming a product leader with a focus on growing small businesses. Pat led Root Insurance’s market expansion team, helping the company scale to its $6.7B IPO in 2020. Since, Pat has played an intragral part of building another data-rich AI startup, serving some of the largest brands in the world. Pat has a knack for living in the messy middle, discovering the root of problems, and leading teams to create and implement meaningful, strategic business solutions.

     Josh is a former D1 wrester who has applied the same grit and determination he used on the mat to the business world. Josh has led the go-to-market functions for a number of technology businesses, including Facilities Management eXpress, where he spearheaded the company’s revenue growth to over 10x and helped them scale from less than 5 employees to a little over 60. He then helped his next two companies go from pre-revenue to a $250M+ valuation and then a $30M+ valuation, respectively. Josh is focused on working with and acquiring historically profitable businesses with strong brands and helping them scale through sales, marketing, and go-to-market optimization.
